Residential construction — from product development to apartment sales to end customers (including project design support, obtaining permits, technical customer services, sales department setup, marketing strategy development and implementation).

Industrial construction (creation of new production capacities / reconstruction and enhancement) — spanning the journey from conceptual blueprints and technical-economics evaluations to pilot testing, debugging, and implementation of marketing/sales infrastructures.

How does it work?

Idea

A client presents us with an idea or asset (like a piece of land or production facility), specifies their objectives, and we assess the project's viability, necessary funding, and timeframe.

Plan

We draft a detailed roadmap for project implementation, covering manpower, funding, and organizational components, supplemented by a timeline of deliverables and a financial modeling.

Realization

We carry out the adopted plan, overseeing the implementation of all envisaged activities within given time frames and budget boundaries. We administer contractors' work, immediately address deviations, and monitor the reaching of set targets.

How does it cost?

it consists of two components:

current expenses for the maintenance of the project management team

percentage of the profit based on the project result
