Organizational Models of Project Management
Management processes could be established using the existing framework of the customer's organization, appointing its director and accountant as representatives, alternatively forming a separate company staffed entirely by individuals dedicated to implementing the project.
Project administration

Project administration
Our team implements the following set of activities, during the project administration process.
We develop the project concept, define the project product, targets and technologies used.
The project manager forms a clear and understandable document with the main Techno-economic indicators (TEC) of the project, its goals and objectives, dates of implementation, sources of funding, owners and participants of the project are established.
We form a project team with a clear distribution of functions depending on the size of the project and its specifics
We form a detailed project management plan with description of the main activities and temporary milestones, appoint responsible performers from the project team.
We prepare a risk matrix, assess the likelihood of their occurrence, the degree of impact on the project and prepare a road map to minimize the impact of risks or prevent them.
We form a regulation of reporting, a program of working meetings and a list of legal documents establishing the principle agreements. Create a project archive at the end.
Technical customer services
We provide professional technical customer services in the construction of facilities. Our staff consists of experienced specialists who are part of the national registry. They perform all required functions at each stage of construction.
Engineering
The main focus at this stage shifts towards competent assistance in preparation of input data, specification of requirements, and ensuring alignment of project decisions with relevant regulations and standards.

Offer specialized expertise in preparing complete permitting files, liaising with respective entities and bureaus, avoiding unnecessary delays and excessive bureaucracy.
Construction
Professional fulfillment of the technical client's duties at the construction site implies comprehensive control over all stages of object erection. It includes continuous monitoring of technology compliance, verification of materials and equipment quality, maintenance of executive documentation, acceptance of completed works, as well as prompt resolution of arising technical and organizational issues.
Verification and issuance of working documentation to contractors, control of changes made in Project Documentation and Estimates (PDE)
We provide technical supervision, monitor the work schedule, and coordinate the contractor's activities.
Recruitment of competent executors and contract signing after contest proceedings.
Facilitation of interactions with government bodies and regulatory commissions, completing inspections, and issuing permit documentation.
Guaranteeing the acquisition of construction oversight reports, statements confirming compliance with technical conditions, receiving a permit for commissioning the object, and subsequent transfer to the investor.
